Homework & Routines
Homework will be set each FRIDAY and uploaded to Tapestry. It is due to be uploaded by the following WEDNESDAY. The weekly homework will include maths or English and reading (which will be Little Wandle ebooks).
If you need any support logging on to Tapestry please speak to the class teacher.
Your child will have 2 PE lessons during the week, so please ensure that they come into school wearing their PE kits. Their kit should include; dark short/jogging bottoms, a white polo t-shirt, their Queenswell sweatshirt and trainers NOT plimsolls

Big Cat Little Wandle ebook library
The ebook has been carefully matched to your child’s current reading level. If your child is reading it with little help, please don’t worry that it’s too easy – your child needs to develop fluency and confidence in reading.
Listen to them read the book. Remember to give them lots of praise – celebrate their success! If they can’t read a word, read it to them. After they have finished, talk about the book together.
Your child will be given individual login details for the Big Cat Little Wandle ebook library, where they will find a new book each week that has been selected by their teacher.
